Groups are at the center of everything we do at Midtown. Simply put—they're where we connect relationally and grow spiritually. That's why we want every person who is a part of Midtown to be in a group—so we can all experience what it's like to truly know and be known.
What are Groups?
When do Groups meet?
Groups typically meet for 1-2 hours on a weeknight. We'll work with you to help find a group that meets at a time that fits your schedule. Each group has a leader who facilitates and a host home where the group meets.
Each of our Midtown Groups has a Midtown In Action advocate, whose role in the group is to help create & organize serve opportunities. Each month, groups serve together in some capacity. Our Groups can partner with different organizations each month, but the long-term goal is for our groups to create strategic partnerships with 1-2 organizations to create lasting impact. And since each group has a passion for different causes, they choose which organizations to work with. We've compiled a list of incredible non-profits in the Boise area—to learn more, check out our Midtown In Action resource page HERE.
What does serving in a group look like?
To join a group, you can either reach out to our Groups Pastor, or scroll down and click the button that says "Join a Group." How do I join?
We weren't meant to live life alone
Here at Midtown, we believe life is better when we're connected.
We also believe Groups are the most direct path to growth & lasting community.
